FAQs
More FAQs- What does your post construction cleaning service involve?
- Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
- Isn’t it hard to fix an area that is damaged on an acrylic floor? What if I drag a large piece of furniture across it and leave a scratch?
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster of Kingston, Belleville and Trenton focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster of Kingston, Belleville and Trenton does not do rough clean.
A contract is not a requirement. ServiceMaster of Kingston, Belleville and Trenton will develop a detailed proposal and task schedule that will both meet your needs and budget. At any time, you can make adjustments to your cleaning requirements, and your representative will then make changes as needed and advise of any pricing revisions. You may also cancel your commercial cleaning service with 30 days written notice
Acrylic finishes that are scratched can often be spray buffed or burnished so that the scratch is either less noticeable or repaired altogether. In many cases, applying a thin coat over the scratch is helpful. Call ServiceMaster of Kingston, Belleville and Trenton professionals for an on-site consultation.
